I purchased a car from Walser Hyundai Brooklyn Park. I feel they treated me fairly and I have taken my car back for routine maintenance.

Our sales person Amanda was excellent. We were with her every step of the way. We never had to talk to anyone else for financing, accessories, etc, which was refreshing. However, the experience as a whole was not. The management was very pushy. We asked for an extra day to sign papers due to time constraints and even offered to put money down to hold the vehicle. They would not give us that option and felt very pressured to buy asap. They promote “no hidden fees”… Not only were there a lot of them, they were extremely expensive. In general, you add $2500 for tax, title, and license… The extra cost was nearly $5k! They also offered a 3 year warranty for what I thought was a ridiculous price for the reliable vehicle we purchased. All in all, the experience left a lot to be desired but luckily we had an excellent sales person to help us out! Thank you Amanda!

The service guys were great to work with. I had taken my car to 2 other shops and had no idea what was wrong with it, Walser got it in and within an hour had it figured out. Parts were in stock and I was out the door same day. Pricing was very reasonable and they washed my car for me too! Moses made the process easy and I felt like I understood everything.
