Don't bother making an appointment. Your vehicle won't be looked at when you bring it in, they'll just expect you to wait until they decide they'll finally get to it. We had an appointment, left the vehicle for 3 hours, and they never looked at the vehicle at all! On our follow-up appointment, they took 2 hours to deal with an issue that takes 30 minutes to install according to the technician. It then took 30 minutes to exit the building after the car was brought back to the front, and only after we had to request our paperwork! Unprofessional staff, from the General Manager to the Service Manager to the Service Advisor. Very disappointed in Walser and this location!

I just disappointed because I paid cash but they still run my credit. I dont understand why? I am in hurry so forgot to ask them Vy that time why they need to run my credit when i pay in cash. They also promised to give me a full gas tank but they didn’t. I am trying to call the manager but he is always busy. It’s little thing but I am not happy

Josh was a nice guy, but not too pleased about how everything went down on new Palisade. My wife stopped in saying she had a price from another dealership, but they didn't have the color she wanted. If they could hit that price, she would come back the next day. He said "we can do that." She also said she didn't have a lot of time, so asked to have everything done in advance to be in and out in an hour. Again, assurances were given. The next day 1) the cost was $1,500 higher than the other dealership and 2) it took 4 hours. Furthermore, the finance manager was extremely condescending about my wife's income and made me co-sign on the loan remotely. Overall, pretty terrible experience. Love the car though!

Extremely friendly and professional experience. Josh took his time to explain things to me with no pressure of any kind. This was a new way to buy a car, no stress, very kind and caring!

Paul was super helpful and friendly. He explained everything about the Ioniq to us and helped us navigate our first electric vehicle experience well.

Service would and in person experience was good but the information hasn’t been sent over that’s needed still until this point so if you could do better at that, then a better resting would apply.

I don't usually give negative rating. I never have problems with the services the last few years at all, they are always on top of things and communicative. However, the last 2 recent visits, they were not communicative at all. The first time, I had my car in for oil change and they told me that my car was ready to be pick up 4 minutes before the closing time, so I was not able to make it on time. Fortunately, the show room staff are helpful and was able to help me get my car. The most recent visit, we tried to get our car for a diagnostic test to see what's going on with the horn. I specifically asked the staff how long they think it will take, they said that it should be ready by 1:50 in the afternoon but they will keep me updated by texts. I never got any updates on my car the whole afternoon and I was anticipating to get my car back that day, so we drove to the store hoping to get some answers. By that time, the service center was already closed, so we had to ask the showroom staff for help once again, and they were very helpful and got someone to give us a status update. Turns out they didn't have the right maintenance person qualified enough to check on my car even though they attempted to, which is ok, if they would have communicated that to me. I was very disappointed to the last service. They told me that they would be in touch to reschedule my horn fix, but I still haven't received any call to reschedule. I really hope they can improve on the communication part cause I really enjoyed the overall experience from this dealership.
