I will be the first to admit that I hate the idea of bringing my car to the dealership to get serviced. That being said, my Hyundai was due for several recall services, as well as a replacement steering coupler, as the clunking sound I was experiencing while driving was terrible. I chose Wasler Hyundai because of the proximity to where I live and it was my first time visiting. Honestly, I have to say that it was a wonderful experience. The service tech who checked me in was friendly and the waiting area was pristine. I decided to wait for my car to be completed (which ended up being around 3.5 hours, but I fully expected this and brought my laptop so I could work). The wifi was fast enough for me to be productive, and the seating area had plenty of tables and charging outlets. There was self service water and coffee. The whole area, including the bathrooms, were remarkably clean and bright. During the actual appointment, I was so impressed with the communication and technology. They sent me a text message when my complimentary inspection began and additional messages during the appointment. They even sent a video walkthrough, including under the hood and under my vehicle while it was up on the lift, with an explanation of what he was seeing. I thought that was really cool and definitely something I was used to getting. They did notify me that both of my high beam lights were out and I was able to authorize that additional service right through my phone. For a car that is 14 years old, I was honestly expecting them to tell me I needed a lot more work done, but that was it! The steering coupler was actually much less than I expected (an independent repair shop quoted almost 1k, the dealership was around $380). I honestly wasn't planning to buy another Hyundai, but this experience is having me reconsider. At the very least, I will definitely bring my car back there for any servicing needs.

Car buying can be extremely daunting. Hunter did a great job educating me with zero pressure to help me make the wisest decision for myself!

If they could hit that price, she would come back the next day. He said "we can do that." She also said she didn't have a lot of time, so asked to have everything done in advance to be in and out in an hour. Again, assurances were given. The next day 1) the cost was $1,500 higher than the other dealership and 2) it took 4 hours. Furthermore, the finance manager was extremely condescending about my wife's income and made me co-sign on the loan remotely. Overall, pretty terrible experience. Love the car though!

I don't usually give negative rating. I never have problems with the services the last few years at all, they are always on top of things and communicative. However, the last 2 recent visits, they were not communicative at all. The first time, I had my car in for oil change and they told me that my car was ready to be pick up 4 minutes before the closing time, so I was not able to make it on time. Fortunately, the show room staff are helpful and was able to help me get my car. The most recent visit, we tried to get our car for a diagnostic test to see what's going on with the horn. I specifically asked the staff how long they think it will take, they said that it should be ready by 1:50 in the afternoon but they will keep me updated by texts. I never got any updates on my car the whole afternoon and I was anticipating to get my car back that day, so we drove to the store hoping to get some answers. By that time, the service center was already closed, so we had to ask the showroom staff for help once again, and they were very helpful and got someone to give us a status update. Turns out they didn't have the right maintenance person qualified enough to check on my car even though they attempted to, which is ok, if they would have communicated that to me. I was very disappointed to the last service. They told me that they would be in touch to reschedule my horn fix, but I still haven't received any call to reschedule. I really hope they can improve on the communication part cause I really enjoyed the overall experience from this dealership.

Service department was slow in providing paper work. The recall software update was done quickly. Vehicle was taken in at 7:15 am and paperwork was available at 12 noon. Otherwise in all previous interaction the service dept was excellent. Note: The night before this recall action, my other car would not start at the dealership. Even though after hours, a sales person came out and was able to jump start the car so I could go home. That was very much appreciated.

Our sales person Amanda was excellent. We were with her every step of the way. We never had to talk to anyone else for financing, accessories, etc, which was refreshing. However, the experience as a whole was not. The management was very pushy. We asked for an extra day to sign papers due to time constraints and even offered to put money down to hold the vehicle. They would not give us that option and felt very pressured to buy asap. They promote “no hidden fees”… Not only were there a lot of them, they were extremely expensive. In general, you add $2500 for tax, title, and license… The extra cost was nearly $5k! They also offered a 3 year warranty for what I thought was a ridiculous price for the reliable vehicle we purchased. All in all, the experience left a lot to be desired but luckily we had an excellent sales person to help us out! Thank you Amanda!

The service guys were great to work with. I had taken my car to 2 other shops and had no idea what was wrong with it, Walser got it in and within an hour had it figured out. Parts were in stock and I was out the door same day. Pricing was very reasonable and they washed my car for me too! Moses made the process easy and I felt like I understood everything. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back.

I worked with Andrew to find a used Subaru and he was so helpful through every step of the process. Very professional and easy to talk to, no BS and very upfront about all pricing and options. Great experience all around.
