Service Dept was great. I had to make an unexpected visit to the service dept because something came loose under the car and was dragging. Although they needed to order a part, they did fix the immediate issue so I could still drive until the repair could be made.
Initially the representative quoted me wrong on my car price and it wasn’t until I asked further that it was found my price was actually much lower. Other than that I felt everything went well.

I actually enjoy going to Walser Hyundai for my oil changes! I bring my laptop and work on my writing projects. I wrote a poem while I waited this time! I appreciate the free wifi, the spacious and comfortable and attractive seating, the popcorn and bottled water. Oh, and they do a great job taking care of my car, too :) I should also note that I was late for my appointment (thanks to road construction and freeway on-ramps being closed at THREE different locations!!!) but they still let me keep my appointment instead of making me reschedule. Very difficult to get a hold of someone at the dealership throughout the day. I utilized the complimentary Lyft service provided to go back to work while my car was being serviced. However, I could not get in touch with someone at the dealership after the work on my car was complete. I had to get a ride via Lyft myself ( I had somewhere to be and couldn't keep calling back hoping someone would answer the phone to get a complimentary Lyft ride back to the dealership....)
Took a bit long to complete. Otherwise was good. And I liked that they washed the car too.
