The warrantee service was excellent for the oil change, oil filter and tire rotation. The cost of the cabin air filter was too high. I replaced it with the lifetime K&N cabin filter for less than the cost of one Hyundai cabin filter.
Our experience was fine. The whole process of buying a car at a dealership is antiquated and not enjoyable. There is no reason we should need to sit at the dealership for hours waiting for employees to rush around and whisper to each other. So much of this process should be 100% online without being in the dealership. Overall, buying from the dealership was stressful and not enjoyable. The employee we worked with was great, and she was doing her best, but the whole process should be different.
I just purchased a new Tucson Hybrid Sel and I love the SUV and the experience with Timothy Strobel was amazing. He was welcoming and very accommodating. I am beyond happy I went with this vehicle and this dealership!!
Not only did they do my oil change and a recall they were also able to loaned me a cue so I could charge my phone while I waited for my vehicle.

The oil change went okay except - I specifically asked to be sure to put in 0-30 wt oil, which is the weight oil that a Santa Cruz Limited is supposed to use according to the specs. When they were done, in looking at the paperwork I saw that they had installed 0-20. You would think a dealer would install the Hyundai oil requirement for the vehicles they sell,

This car has been a complete pile of junk, It all started about 2022 when it started using oil. Fast-forward to 2025 the engine failed and needed to be replaced, at that time, the catalytic converter also should’ve been replaced still under warranty. Now, with all that oil burning, the catalytic converter is failing, and Walzer won’t stand behind it.
Buying a car out of state was a little scary but Ameriyae Casburne made that process super comfortable and easy especially doing most of it online and over a phone. Even when we arrived to pick up my new car the process was so easy. Ameriyae and Joshua were so friendly. I definitely recommend. And I love my car

He listened to me on the type of vehicle I was looking, found it on the lot, and did an excellent job of explaining all the features of my new Santa Fe and selling me the vehicle. I had a very unique situation today. Somehow my spare key became lost in the car and I could not locate it. I had spent hours looking for it to no avail. Walser has the worst service ever. It is so bad with such poor communication I will not be buying another vehicle from them just because the service was so bad. Took 8 hours to replace and do a recall that should have taken 2 hrs. I went to pick it up at the promised time and they hadn’t even started. I would not get my car fixed here. Horrible communication and they could care less. Asked to speak to a manager and he was “too busy” and then didn’t call back.

This was my second car I leased through Walser . Both times we were treated great from beginning to end. This vehicle I leased a Tucson with the help of Rhett who helped me tremendously with my lease, finding a vehicle in my budget and providing all the basic info I needed to drive away with my new car.
