Thank you so much to Thomas Robinson who did a fantastic job! We drove from Duluth to purchase our new Tucson Hybrid, and it was worth the drive! I had a great experience buying a vehicle from this dealer. The sales staff Steve, Thomas and others did a great job. They were knowledgeable, patient and genuinely focused on helping me throughout the process. I left the dealership feeling confident and excited with my new vehicle.
I just disappointed because I paid cash but they still run my credit. I dont understand why? I am in hurry so forgot to ask them Vy that time why they need to run my credit when i pay in cash. They also promised to give me a full gas tank but they didn’t. I am trying to call the manager but he is always busy. It’s little thing but I am not happy

Josh was a nice guy, but not too pleased about how everything went down on new Palisade. My wife stopped in saying she had a price from another dealership, but they didn't have the color she wanted. If they could hit that price, she would come back the next day. He said "we can do that." She also said she didn't have a lot of time, so asked to have everything done in advance to be in and out in an hour. Again, assurances were given. Service would and in person experience was good but the information hasn’t been sent over that’s needed still until this point so if you could do better at that, then a better resting would apply.
We recently shopped with five area dealers for a 2026 Santa Fe. Rhett Dressel at Walser Hyundai in Brooklyn Park was the most responsive and respectful salesperson we dealt with. He was very low key, low pressure, and efficient with our time. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family for their next purchase!

I don't usually give negative rating. I never have problems with the services the last few years at all, they are always on top of things and communicative. However, the last 2 recent visits, they were not communicative at all. The first time, I had my car in for oil change and they told me that my car was ready to be pick up 4 minutes before the closing time, so I was not able to make it on time. Service department was slow in providing paper work. The recall software update was done quickly. Vehicle was taken in at 7:15 am and paperwork was available at 12 noon. Otherwise in all previous interaction the service dept was excellent. Note: The night before this recall action, my other car would not start at the dealership. Even though after hours, a sales person came out and was able to jump start the car so I could go home. That was very much appreciated.
Paul provided the ideal purchasing experience. He wasn't pressuring me into buying and I appreciated him doing some homework on the non-Hyundai I purchased ( Volvo xc40 )

I purchased a car from Walser Hyundai Brooklyn Park. I feel they treated me fairly and I have taken my car back for routine maintenance.
Our sales person Amanda was excellent. We were with her every step of the way. We never had to talk to anyone else for financing, accessories, etc, which was refreshing. However, the experience as a whole was not. The management was very pushy. We asked for an extra day to sign papers due to time constraints and even offered to put money down to hold the vehicle. The service guys were great to work with. I had taken my car to 2 other shops and had no idea what was wrong with it, Walser got it in and within an hour had it figured out. Parts were in stock and I was out the door same day. Pricing was very reasonable and they washed my car for me too! Moses made the process easy and I felt like I understood everything. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back.

I have sent messages outlining my concerns and they are ignoring me. There are plenty of things that didn't go as expected and overall the experience has been less than positive. The worst part is their attempt to manipulate by ignoring me. Just makes me want to give them this car back and go buy one somewhere else.

Didn’t fix the issue. They ordered the wrong part so after keeping my car for 2 days they didn’t fix the issue and I now have to go back again.
I have taken my 2025 Palisade for service on two separate occasions and both times they did not rotate the tires as requested. The worst part is they told me they had done it when in fact they did not.
Samson was awesome! Our first trip to the dealership, Samson took the time to answer all our questions, as we were visiting other dealerships that day. The problem is Walser Hyundai Brooklyn Park.
This was one of the most deceptive and frustrating dealership experiences I have ever had. Their practices have already cost me hundreds of dollars and hours of my time trying to fix issues created by their financing and sales process.

My husband and I planned to drive a couple of cars to consider and ended up leaving with a new car. Our salesman, Thomas Robinson, was personable, patient, and thorough. He showed us several cars and let us form our own impressions. He answered our questions, entertained us with movie trivia, recommended a place to grab some lunch, and sent us home with a car. Highly enjoyable experience.
Shoutout to Troy the service advisor here. He kept me in the loop on progress of repairs, was transparent and service was completed in a timely manner. We purchased a Hyundai Palisade private party but we did stop here on the sales side first. Was happy with the experience on sales side too even though we didn’t buy from them.

When we came into the dealership, it was very busy and we had to wait to speak with a salesperson. We were almost about to leave when Laura was freed up and came over to us. She had such a great personality, knowledge about the vehicles, and was eager to work with us. She 100% made us happy we stuck around. From the initial conversations to the test drive to discussing financing and ultimately purchasing a new Palisade, we were impressed with how Laura handled everything!

To be fair, it wasn't the service departments fault that it took two months to fix the car since they were waiting on the part from Hyundai. However trying to get a hold of someone in service to find out the status was about impossible without driving there as they would never answer the phone or return messages.
They were patient and took the time to make sure I knew all the details

Very customer focused. We felt welcomed coming into the dealership, enjoyed the free water and popcorn, we had multiple sales people offering things to make us feel comfortable. We were not ready to buy the car that same day because of pricing agreements. But then the general manager called us after we left and we were able to negotiate the actual sale.
