Had my blind side detection system recalibrated after having trailer wiring rerouted by UHaul. The BDS seems to be working. It seems to me that Hyundai service should be willing to do any wiring rerouting needed to solve the problem rather than asking customer to go back to UHaul. It's also strange that BDS problems started occurring two years after the trailer wiring was installed. My experience with Walser Hyundai service has been very good over the past five years.

Because of the virus situation, it took me about ten months to drive 3000+ miles, yet I kept getting messages. Finally I set up an appointment and the associate was very respectful and the service completed was fine. I would not mind having a TV set in the waiting room and maybe a more comfortable chair.

Listen, I genuinely hate car shopping. It's overwhelming and feels really scary to make such big commitments. I worked with Steve and I honestly don't think I've ever had a better experience buying a car. There was zero pressure, he was very knowledgeable and if he was "selling" to me - I had no idea. He was not pushy but gave appropriate information and let me decide on what was best for my needs.
